ANVATION 2026 – 24-Hour National-Level Hackathon is an intensive innovation and problem-solving event organized by the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, K.S. School of Engineering and Management (KSSEM), Bengaluru, in association with AI&DS and CS&BS, in collaboration with PygenicARC.

ANVATION 2026 brings together passionate student innovators, developers, designers, and problem-solvers from institutions across India to build technology-driven solutions for real-world challenges.
Participants will have 24 hours to ideate, develop, prototype, and present their solutions under one of five exciting domains:
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Cybersecurity & Privacy
- FinTech & Digital Finance
- Smart Cities & CivicTech
- Sustainability & ClimateTech
Form a team of 2–4 members, select a problem worth solving, and transform your idea into a functional prototype.
Participants will have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow innovators, gain hands-on development experience, interact with mentors, showcase their projects, and compete for a ₹50,000 prize pool along with internship opportunities.

Teams must develop an innovative, technology-driven solution addressing a real-world problem within one of the official ANVATION 2026 domains.
The project should demonstrate:

- Appropriate use of technology
- Practical applicability
- Potential impact and scalability
Each team should provide:

- Source Code or relevant project files, wherever applicable

Innovation & Creativity — 25%
Evaluates the originality and creativity of the proposed solution. Judges will consider how effectively the team identifies the problem and how innovative the approach is compared to existing solutions. -
Technical Implementation — 25%
Evaluates the technical quality, functionality, architecture, and effective use of technologies in the solution. Judges will consider the working prototype, implementation quality, and appropriate use of technology. -
Problem Relevance & Impact — 20%
Evaluates how effectively the solution addresses a genuine real-world problem and the potential impact it can create for its intended users or community. -
Feasibility & Scalability — 15%
Evaluates the practicality of implementing the solution in real-world scenarios, including its scalability, sustainability, resource requirements, and potential for future development. -
Presentation & Demonstration — 15%
Evaluates how clearly and effectively the team communicates the problem, solution, technical approach, key features, and impact. Judges will also consider the quality of the live demonstration and the team's ability to answer questions.
